Chapter 2428 - 2492: Mr. Mu Fei Appears

After having a meal, the two girls decided to stay at the same guesthouse where Li Yifei and the Saintess were staying. Although called a guesthouse, it was actually smaller, as Li Yifei had rented the whole place, ensuring there was enough room. Li Yifei turned the chair around, sat on it, and looked at the greenery outside the window, responding with a hum: "No rush, it’d be best to investigate first, to be clear inside."

"Yifei, if her family is deeply involved with Noah’s Ark, what are you planning to do?" The Saintess pushed herself up, looking at Li Yifei as she asked.

Li Yifei took a deep breath and said, "What can I do? Just do what needs to be done! You mentioned focusing on the person, not the thing itself."

"Even so, why not ask her, she approached us, which represents a stance." The Saintess advised.

Li Yifei nodded, stood up, and said, "Then I’ll go over and take a look."

With that, Li Yifei walked out, went downstairs and stood outside Aoki Reiko’s room, sensing she was inside. Li Yifei gently knocked on the door, heard her say come in after a few seconds, and then he pushed the door open.

Seeing Li Yifei entering, Aoki Reiko seemed a bit flustered. She adjusted her clothes and quickly stood up, wanting to look at Li Yifei but hesitating. Li Yifei chuckled, walked into the room, and said, "The bathroom is next door, go take a bath, rest some and you’ll recover soon."
