Xiu Gou's Taming Record

Chapter 139 No one is bothering us anymore

Chapter 139 No one is bothering us anymore

After Shen Yueling finished scolding, the living room was quiet for a few seconds.

Yu Heng turned to look at her: "Let's not talk about her anymore. Shouldn't we be celebrating our birthdays?"

"What do you want to do?" Shen Yueling turned her face as well. "Eat out?"

"We're not going out to eat," Yu Heng said. "We'll just eat at home."

"What do you want to eat?" Shen Yueling asked. "Takeout?"

"I'm not ordering takeout anymore," Yu Heng said, looking at her with a slight smile. "I can just eat you."

Shen Yueling's ears felt a little hot, and she looked away: "Can't you be serious for once?"

"I'm being very serious," Yu Heng said. "Isn't that what we agreed on?"

Shen Yueling remained silent. What was bound to happen would happen eventually; she had known this day would come all along anyway.

"Are you sure?" Shen Yueling turned to look at him. "Bai Xinran is still here."

"She won't come out," Yu Heng said with certainty.

Shen Yueling pursed her lips.

"What are you thinking about?" Yu Heng asked.

"It's nothing," Shen Yueling said.

Yu Heng stood up from the sofa, walked over to her, and held out his hand: "Want to come upstairs?"

The two went upstairs one after the other, their footsteps making very little noise on the stairs.

Shen Yueling looked at Yu Heng's back and suddenly felt a little nervous. This time, no one would disturb them. This time, they really had to go all the way.

Upon reaching the master bedroom door, Yu Heng pushed it open and stepped aside to let her go in first.

Shen Yueling walked in. Only a bedside lamp was on in the room, casting a dim, yellowish light.

She stood at the foot of the bed, somewhat at a loss.

Yu Heng closed the door, walked behind her, and put his hand on her shoulder.

"Nervous?" His voice was right next to my ear.

"No," Shen Yueling said stubbornly, but her body was tense.

Yu Heng's hand slid down her shoulder and stopped at her waist.

"I can do it myself." Her voice was a little dry.

Yu Heng watched her movements and found them unexpectedly clumsy and cute, a stark contrast to her usual aloof demeanor.

And, haha, in the winter in the north, there's a mandatory waiting time for doing this kind of thing.

Because taking off clothes is such a hassle!

Shen Yueling turned her back and unhooked the clasp several times before finally managing to do so. She quickly grabbed the blanket next to her and wrapped it around her upper body, leaving only her shoulders exposed.

Yu Heng laughed at her actions: "Why are you wrapped up so tightly?"

"It's a little cold," Shen Yueling said.

"It won't be cold in a little while," Yu Heng said, starting to take off his clothes.

-

After an unknown amount of time, Yu Heng let out a muffled groan and then slowly relaxed.

The weight pressed down on her completely, making it hard for Shen Yueling to breathe.

"Get up." She nudged him.

Yu Heng rolled over and lay down next to her.

Shen Yueling turned to the side, her back to him.

She wanted to get out of bed to clean up, but didn't know how to say it.

"The bathroom is over there." Yu Heng seemed to know what she was thinking. "There are new towels in the cabinet."

Shen Yueling sat up, wrapped herself in the blanket, got out of bed and walked towards the bathroom.

She walked into the bathroom, and the person in the mirror had a flushed face and slightly messy hair.

She turned on the tap and washed her face with cold water.

There were faint red streaks of blood in the toilet. She tugged at the corners of her mouth, unsure of her own feelings.

There was no romance as I had imagined, and no regrets; I simply accomplished this in a very realistic way.

Moreover, she actually enjoyed the process, even more than she had expected.

When she finished tidying up and came out, Yu Heng was leaning against the headboard smoking. He stubbed out his cigarette in the ashtray on the bedside table and reached out to pull her close.

Shen Yueling leaned on his shoulder, and neither of them spoke. After a while, she suddenly said, "Happy birthday."

Yu Heng smiled and said, "Thank you."

"Are you satisfied with the gift?" Shen Yueling asked, then realized that her question was a bit stupid.

"Satisfied," Yu Heng said. "Very satisfied."

After a moment of silence, Shen Yueling spoke up: "What will you and Yutong do from now on?"

"I don't know," Yu Heng said. "It depends on her."

"Aren't you afraid she'll hate you?"

"I don't think I hate her that much," Yu Heng said. "I didn't lie to her about anything."

Shen Yueling fell silent. Indeed, if he had lied to Ning Yutong, things would have been even worse.

"Go to sleep," Yu Heng said. "Sleep here tonight."

Shen Yueling hummed in agreement and lay down.

Yu Heng turned off the light, plunging the room into darkness.

She felt his hand on her waist, a very natural gesture, as if they had done it many times before.

"Actually, I was thinking of calling Bai Xinran up just now," Yu Heng suddenly said.

"Why did you call her?" Shen Yueling asked.

"Learning," Yu Heng said with a smile, "she'll have this day too."

"Then why didn't you call out?" Shen Yueling bit her lip. What would it feel like to be watched?

"Because today is special, it's your first time, and I think it's better if it's just the two of us," Yu Heng said calmly. "I hope today will be a good memory for you."

-

When Shen Yueling woke up, the sunlight was already filtering through the gaps in the curtains.

She first felt a heavy weight on her waist; it was Yu Heng's arm lying across her.

Then the memories of last night gradually flowed back into my mind.

There was no hazy, beautified feeling like a hangover; it was just the specific touches and sounds, and the noises she herself hadn't expected to make.

She didn't move immediately, staring at the ceiling with her eyes open, while Yu Heng slept soundly beside her, breathing evenly and deeply.

Now, under the blanket, their skin was pressed together without any obstruction, and the heat was constantly being transmitted to him.

She felt a little uncomfortable, but strangely, she didn't reject it.

This is probably the essential difference between doing something and not doing it. Once you cross that line, a lot of awkwardness and restraint lose their meaning.

Yu Heng moved slightly, tightening his grip on her arm and unconsciously rubbing his face against her shoulder.

Shen Yueling's body stiffened for a moment, then slowly relaxed.

She turned her head to look at him. This man, whom she had grown up with since childhood, had finally become a part of her life in the most thorough way.

She remembered the last words he said last night.

"I hope today will be a good memory for you."

The fact that he cared about this made Shen Yueling feel a little better.

After lying down for about ten more minutes, the pressure on my bladder became more and more noticeable.

Shen Yueling gently moved his arm away, lifted the blanket, and sat up.

She bent down to pick up her underwear from the floor and quickly put it on with her back to the bed.

As I put on my sweater, I heard a rustling sound behind me.

"What time is it?" Yu Heng asked lazily.

Shen Yueling pulled down the hem of her sweater and turned around: "I don't know, my phone is downstairs."

Her gaze swept over his chest and shoulders, where there were several faint red marks, marks she had unconsciously made last night.

Shen Yueling fastened her trousers and walked to the window, pulling back the curtains slightly.

The sky outside was somewhat grayish-white, making it look like a gloomy morning.

"I have to go back to school," Shen Yueling said.

"Why go back to school? There are no classes." Yu Heng leaned back, put his hands behind his head, and looked at her. "Let's just stay here this weekend and experience living together."
